Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP) accounts are not supported for non-Microsoft email clients. If you use a browser to access your email, such as Internet Explorer, the Email Security does not apply, however you will still be protected through Active Protection.
Supported email programs:
- Microsoft Outlook 2000+
- Microsoft Outlook Express 6.0+
- Windows Mail
- Any POP3/SMTP client (ensure your Advanced port settings are correct)
