SparkTrust Privacy Cleaner says it has expired but my subscription is still active!

If SparkTrust Privacy Cleaner is unable to connect to servers to check that it is up to date, you may encounter an error saying your subscription has expired, or that your subscription will expire soon.

Please restart your computer. Once your computer has started, make sure you are connected to the internet and re-open the software. Click on the word About and you should see the updated expiry date.

If the license key does not show the updated expiry date, we would like to ask that you reset your license key.

To reset your license key:

  1. From the Main window, press the About button.
  2. Click the Unlicense button located at the bottom of the window.
  3. Click Yes to remove your license key.
  4. Enter your license key.
  5. Click Submit or OK.

You should now see the proper subscription date.
